Sept 29, The Premier left for the south today to give evidence m a case to be heard at the Supreme Court, Dane* din, on Wednesday next. Mr Mackay^ manager of the Bey, J.C Andrews' sheep station, Mas* terton,, was fined m the minimum ' penalty of £287 this morning for a breach of the Sheep Act, clause 28. Notice of appeal was given.
