The Bill against Henry Perm and Edward McCahey, for false pretencts. was thrown out. A true bill-Was returned against Rosina Emily- Smith for infanticide. A man named Men ett was arres* ted on account of his extraordinary conduct m a public street. A loaded revolver was found on him and £162. Drink is believed to be the exciting cause.
