This day. An inquiry into tbe accident to Dr Legatt was held last evening. The latest account troia the Hospital, states tbafc the unfortunate man is doing wei though greatly depressed . Dr Legatt had previously cautioned tbe man not to load uutil his turn came to fire, bnt he disobeyed, orders. Gunners Sadd Bnd Clark bad a narrow escape the bullet passing between the arm and side of gunner Clark and tearing the coat of gunner Sadd .
