Wool growe's will thus coi.tinue to have the choice of two markets, as in the ev nt of i owners' reserves not being tealised, the Company oflEers the alternative course of shipment to London, The Company's warehouses, Customhouse Quay, were erected expressly for the storage and dis* play of wool, and are admirably adapted ior that purpose. All parcels of Wool committed to the Company's care for loual sale, are, on rec ipt examined and valued by thoroughly coni-i petent persons, farmer's lots receiving thej same attention as larger clips, No lots are sold at below the reserves fixed by Consignors, and in cases where such instructions, are not furnished the Company's valuation ia adopted as a reserve. The fact o2 the Company acting as selling broker only, is a guarantee that client's interests are protected. The same efficient attention 'as in the past will be given to the shipmem and realization in the Jbinglish market of Wool and all descriptions of Produce, and communications thereon, addressed to the Company's agents will be promptly dealt wiih, . '1 he following figures show the total quantity of Wool handled by the Company hist season on behalf of its constituents, viz., — Bales.
