Written tenders (m sealed covers) are invited, m accordance with " The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882." Tbe price tendered must be stated m writing as well as m figures, acn companied by a statutory declaration | together with six months' s rent at the rate tendered, and a fee of 421 10s, for lease and registration, to be i lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at tbe Crown .Lands Office, Wellington, not later than 8 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 10th December, lc*B4.
