Handicaps to be pub ished m the Tinas on Saturday 13th and final acceptances on Saturday the 37th. All events close 15 minutes before time of starling. the Friendly Societies Cup must be von by the same person twice m succession or three times at intervals before becoming his absolute property. In each event of the Friendly fcoci ties Handicap the points for the Cup shall be calculated us follows : —Ist 6 points ; 2nd 3 points ; 3rd 1 point The competitor obtaining the greatest number of points shall be declared the winner of the Cup. A promenade Ball and Concert will be held m the Forester^ Hall m the evening, dancing to commence at 8 p.n. The special prizes will be presented during the evening.
