Societies Cup must be won by the. same person twice m succession or three times at intervals before becoming his. absolute property. In each event of the Friendly fcoci ties Handicap the points for the Cup shall be calculated as follows : —Ist 6 points ; 2nd 3 points ; 3rd 1 point The competitor obtaiuing the greatest number of points shall be declared the winner of the Cup.
