The Kniaz At Large.
Terrorising TheodoalaDemands Supplies. Gets A Shock. Received July 8,1.20 a.m. St PETERSBURG.-Yesterday. The Kniaz Potemkin captured and looted a Russian cattle steamer, the Grand Duke Alexia, off Theodosia. ; ' The Eoiaz also requisitioned Theodosia for large supplier of provisions and 500 tons of coal, within 24 hours on pain of bombardment. • The authorities supplied the provisions but declared they had no coal in the town. They directed the residents to leave except the troops and police. Later St. Petersburg advices directed the refusal of supplies and when, the Kniaz Potemkin sent a boat ashore, the infantry fired, killing two of the crew. The mutinous torpedoer then fired ■; a shell, which passed over tho town. ■;'; :'■■ The mutineers are still off the harbour.
