London, Yesterday. . Seven thousand Japaneso landed at Khorsakovsk (Saghalien) and 5000 on tho east of the island to intercept tho garrison. .
The Times St. Petersburg correspondent reports that the invasion and irretrievable loss of. Saghalien has created the deepest and most painful impression, bringing home to the nation the hopeless struggle and the incapacity of\ the Government.
