A Good Opportunity
Samuel Vaile and Sons, auctioneers, of Auckland, have a sale advertised in. another column of a large tract of bush country in the Auckland district, comprising 9640 acres. This land is some of the best available in the north. With the exception of 600 acres all is covered with first-class bush. The soil is a rich sandy loam, and is well watered in all parts. The property has easy access by road, and has also a frontage to the Wairoa, which is navigable for small boats. As the owner is determined to realise, the reserve has been fixed at a very low figure.
