The Daily Telegraph's correspondent reports that tho ruling circles feel that peace without a victory would be highly prejudicial to the dynasty. The army, smarting from defeat would blame tho pusillanimity of the central Government.
General Linevitch and his generals usk the Czar to allow them to continue the war for half a year longer. Mean while reinforcements are pouring into Manchuria.
