.London, Yesterday. The Daily Mail's St. Petersburg corroapondent reports that a naval reserve battalion, drilling at Kronstadt, refused to execute an order.

An officer thereupon shot the nearest soldier, and eight of the latfer's com rades, using thoir bayonets, killed the officer.

Cossacks arrested the nggresaors, and the latier were sentenced to death.

They will be shortly hanged. This revolt was jiear Peterhoff and profoundly impressed the Czar.
