Artificial Boom in Tea
INDIAN RESTRICTION SCHEME. United Press Association —By Electrie Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA, Sept. 28. The success of the recent tea restriction scheme caused a substantial riso in shares, both in London and India, resembling a miniature boom. Indian tea has been in the dump for a number of years, and the market recovery affords much relief.
