GIRL’S ALARMING EXPERIENCE Per Press Association WELLINGTON, Last Night. To have an empty glass suddenly burst into a thousand pieces in her hand -was the somewhat alarming experience of a girl typist in a Wellington ofiice this afternoon. The girl was carrying the empty glass when it suddenly burst, fragments flying in every direction for Id to 15 feet, and not a vestige of tho tumbler remaining. Even tho small pieces, when picked np, were splintered, and crumbled under the slightest pressure. Apart from shock, the girl sustained only a small oat ou a hand.
