With the return to London of the British Geneva delegation, the consultations between the British Ministers on the disarmament problem aro likely to occupy considerable attention in the next few days. Sir John Simon discussed the position with the Prime Minister this morning.

No definite arrangements have yet been mado for a meeting of Cabinet. Sir John Simon will make only a short stay in London, and will bo back in Gcneva-for the opening of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference on October 9.
