The Tivoli
"HOT PEPPER" Action, comedy, beauty, romance, music and surprises arc deftly blended in the Fox comedy "Hot Pepper,” depicting the most recent adventures of Quirt and Flagg, roystering romeos originated by Laurence Stallings and Maxwell Anderson, the new film at the Tivoli theatre to-night. Edmund Lowe and Victor MeLaglen, who have made Quirt and Flagg world-famous, appear as the lovable scallawags. They discard their marine uniforms and, in evening clothes, preside merrily over gay night clubs. The exotic and dynamic Dupe Velez portrays the leading feminine, role and a, feature of the production is her singing and her alluring dancing in one of tho night clubs.
