The Daily Mail adds that Russia at present has between 8000 and 10,000 machines ready for action, and the Soviet factories are turning out tho latest type of military aeroplano at tho rate of 1200 yearly. The Daily Mail contends that the British Air Force ought immediately to be increased by between 3000 and 4000 machines to meet any emergency.
