A pleasent change came to light when somebody thought of basting poultry with orange juice busting:;.Add two-thirds of a cup of strained orange juice to iho juices and hot water in the roasting pan and spoon up over the roast occasionally during tho cooking A most delicious fruity flavour is the result.
Have yon ever tried using sliced oranges instead of apple sauce as an accompaniment to roast pork? They make a delicious change soaked in lemon juce, sugar, pepper and salt for a short time and then used as a garnish.
