REPAIRS TO THE RANGATIRA. —When the Union Steam Ship Company's Rangatira was berthing at Lyttelton on September 5 she collided with the floating crane Rapaki, and the stern plates of the ferry liner were badly damaged. The Rangatira is now berthed at the Clyde Quay Wharf, Wellington, where the bent plates are being removed and repairs carried out.
