A supplement to the Gazette was issued yesterday modifying an Order-in-Council issued in 1891 closing the Bolton street cemetery, by providing that the interment of Mr Holland might take place there. Albert Tenton pleaded guilty at Blenheim yesterday to illegally carrying an automatic pistol. The police said that accused went to a house at Islington, became annoyed, went home and. procured the pistol, returned to the house and threatened to harm a certain person. Defendant was addictI ed to drink and the police suggested I a prohibition order and a term of probation. The Magistrate concurred and ordered two years’ probation, the pistol being confiscated,
