Mrs Warren has quarrelled with, the local authority in a suburb of Now York because it has declared that as her house is in. the residential zone she may not uso it for business premises. She Teplied by advertising for artists and architects to make her house the ugliest building in the world. A beginning was made by painting the house with jazz designs of pink, blue, green and purple. From the front windows Airs-Warren has Tun a network of clothes line on which she exposes an array of old-fashioned underwear in all tho colours of the rainbow.
