MANCHUKUO TROOPS CONCENTRATING
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. Received Saturday, 2 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 13. A Harbin message states that Trans-Siberian railway passengers report the passing of Soviet troops, and trains are going eastward every 45 minutes. Manchukuo troops are concentrating in the vicinity of Hailar.
