Schoolmaster Fined
DRUNK WHILE IN CHARGE OF CAR. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. James Richard Kirby, 45, schoolmaster, for being found in charge ef a car while in a state of intoxication, was fined £2O to-day and his license was suspended for 12 months. The offence was at 3 o’clock this morning, Kirby, having attended a cabaret.
