CHINA EXTENSION NEXT MONTH United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 9.50 p.m. WASHINGTON, Feb. 1. The United States Postmaster-Gen-eral, Mr. James A. Farley, announced that the trans-Pacific air mail service between tho United States and China would start about March 24, extending the present route beyond Manila to Macao and Hongkong.
