A monument iu the form of a tower was recently unveiled at Ibadan, Nigeria, in memory of tho late Sir Robert Lister Bower, who was first British Resident (1893-1897. A copy of the first edition of Herr Hitler’s autobiography, ‘Mein Ivampf, ’ ! auctioned at the Anderson Galleries, : New York, recently, under police guard, was bought by Messrs Scribners for £SO.
