Mrs G. Ualse and her children returned to Palmerston North last Thursday after holidaying at Waitarcrc beach.
Mr and Mrs D. A. Higgic, ‘ ‘Sunny -brae/' Feilding, are spending a holiday in the Wairarapa.
Mrs Vickers, who has been visiting her daughter, Mrs G. G. Williams ‘‘Tuatahi,” Fitzherbert, left by motor yesterday on her return to luglewood.
Mr and Mrs H. Batten and their daughter Patricia, of Foilding, returned homo on Saturday after a motor trip to Gisborue.
Mrs. Ralph Jackson has returned home to Manganoho after a brief visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Fitz Gerald, of Fcilding.
Miss C. Warburton, of Palmerston North, left on Saturday for Wellington to join the Wanganella on a pleasure cruise to Milford Sound.
Friends of Mrs S. T. Bristow will regret to learn that she has had to enter a private hospital for a slight operation and will wish her a speedy return to health.
Mrs Henry Cornfoot, ‘ ‘ Greenlea,’’ Halcombc, is on a visit to her daughter, Mrs Ross, of Fox ton, whilst Mr Cornfoot, with his daughter Phemie and sou Harry, is on a motor tour of tho north.
Information has been received from Sydney that Miss Patricia Nelson, daughter of Mr and Mrs W. H. Nelson, of Woodville, is making satisfactory progress after the operation she had to undergo recently. Mr and Mtb Nelson are still in Sydney to be with their daughter. On holiday in Auckland is Mrs A. L. Mouat, of Knowles street, Palmerston North.
