GOOD GOVERNMENT MAJORITY. United Press Association— -J3y Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 1.23 a.m. BOMBAY, Feb. 17. An analysis of the results of the general election to date shows that the Congress secured 371 seats and Constitutionalists 042, with 70 seats not yet declared. Out of the total of 1083 there are still a few elected Waverers who may declare for the Congress.
