TRAGEDY AT SINGAPORE. SINGAPORE, Feb. 5. The second tragedy of the Saval manoeuvres at Singapore has occurred. Lieutenant Arthur Claude Derlyu, aged 29, of the submarine Rainbow, who was married and had children, uud who was duo home on leave in a few days, has been found dead, shot through the head.
