Boy Genius of Violin to Visit Palmerston North

Widespread interest is being taken m .New Zealand in the coming concert tour of Louis Fox, the brilliant boy violinist. Louis Fox, the boy genius of the violin, will give two concerts in Wellington at the Town Hall on Saturday, March 0, and Tuesday, March 9. Ho sails for Europe again after his New Zealand tour and it is impossible for 'the management, J. and L. Castles, to extend his Wellington season. At! the early ago of ten years Louis Fox was playing as soloist in London and his first appearance in the London Hal. created a sensation that will long be remembered by the thousands that thronged to hear him. One great master said of him: ‘’His superb artistry will forever be remembered by those privileged to hear him." He has gone on from one success to another and to-day at the age of seventeen years ho is rated as a brilliant boy violinist. Such works as the “Devil's Trill," Sonata in G Minor, Carmen Fantasia de Concert,

Souvenior de Moscow, Wings of Song, and Flight of the Bumble Bee are included in his programme.

The project date for the Palmerston North visit is March 13.
