One case of infectious, disease (pul monary tuberculosis) was reported in Feilding last, month. Four building permits, for work valued at £994, were issued in the Feilding borough during August. The matter of the reclamation of waste was mentioned at last evening’s meeting of the Feilding Borough Council when Crs. H. J. Dewe, K. Burne and P. G. Guy were appointed a. committee of the council to handle the question. Cr. A. Campbell was appointed to rep resent the Oroua County Council on the electoral committee for the purpose of appointing a local bodies representativ e on the board of managers of the Feilding Agricultural High School.
