TEVIOT ANGLING CLUB
Six members of the above club visited the Manorburn Dam at the weekend, fly-fishing on the 23rd: J. Cook 16 fish, 211bs 1; F. Stewart 16 fish, 201bs 2; D. Broad, 20 fish, 191bs 3; H. Lyons, 20 fish, 17-^lbs; D. Cook, 13 fish, 141bs; T. Gilchrist 12 fish, T2lbs. On the 24th (Labour Day) any legal bait:—F. Stewart, 20 fish, ISlbs; H. Lyons. 20 fish, 1741b5; D. Broad, 20 fish, Ifilbs; T. Gilchrist, 20 fish, ISlbs; D. Cook, 17 fish, 14£lbs; J. Cook, 10 fish, ISlbs; D. Cook heaviest fish, 31bs. Total 211. Very few of the fish were in good order the majority being lanky and soft.
