The domestic cTass— always strong— was up to the usual sbandaid of excellence, M» " A-nstlce, the judge, having considerable difficulty in picking out the wi'ninin'g- num'bfers, and be made special mention of the bread, cream puffs, jtumwow cajl-Je, and spcaipe gtoods as being e/ial to professional work. In poultry, Mr E. Martin, the judge, said the exhilfyits, on the whole, wei'e ''yjery fair, especially when the tame oi year was taken into consideration, tho birds bfeing in 'b'ad feather and gunei' i ally out of condition. The bantams wei*e well represented. The Old English Black Game, Plymouth. Hocks, Dorkings, and Sp.anjflod Game were mentioned as WBing good spccUncns o-f their kind. TiJietabie. decoi'aiions, of which there were eight in numbor, were, as usual, much admired, the winner being; decided by the votes of all a'dults present in the aftemoqn.
