WELLINGTON’S RAINFALL
(By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON. This Day.
Wellington had less rain in the last year than in any since 1922. The rainfall for 1930 was 38.21 inches which is seven inches less than the average, and 9.27 inches less than 1929. Only nine times in the last sixty-nine years has a smaller total than that of last year been recorded.
