“SOMETHING WRONG”
ON BRITISH SUBMARINE
ARREST OF SAILORS , (United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 4th Januaiy. Newspaper’s give prominence to the arrest of 42 sailors on the British submarine parent ship Lucia at Plymouth. Lucia was due to leave on a. spring cruise on Thursday. The authorities refuse to explain or discuss the episode, though they admit there is “something wrong.”
