1 am the most ill-used letter of the i alphabet, being let drop more than any ! other. Place a consonant in front and f become a warning for silence. Now i put a vowel and I turn into a tree. Next put a consonant before me and I become part of a whip. Put another and I change to a marshy pool. Another. and behold into the sea I go with a mighty ****** I expect you have all guessed the word is SPLASH.
