The s. s. Stormbircl, Captain Doilo, arrived in the JlanuUau yesterday moriiinc from Southern ports. She left Wellington on the 9th, at 5 a.m., Pietou at nom, ami Nelson at 10.30 p.m., arriving at Wanganui on the 11th at 10 a.m., and loft at 11 p.m. same day ; arrived at Taraimici at 1 p.m. on the 12th,and left again at 5 p.m., arriving in the Manukau at 11.30 a.m. yi-sterday. Experienced line weather throughout. Passengers, Mr. Coss, Jfrs. Howard and two children. The 5.3. Stormbird. Captain Doile, passed the s.s. Phccbe and the 3.3. Airedale at 10 p.m. on Saturday, thirty-five mile? (his side of Taranaki, the Pluebe beiuj; about two and ahalf to three miles in advance of the Airedale. They were both showing flash lights every ten minutes.

The s.s. Stormbird, Captain Doilc, will sail on "Wednesday, at noon, for Taranaki, AVanganui, Jfelson, and Wellington.

The steamer Keera, Captain Bain, arrived from Kapier, via Thames, at 2 o'clock yesterday morning. Left Xapier at 7 a.m. on tlie Sth ; rounded East Capo on the followi:i<>day at 6.30 p.m.; oil' White Island at S a.m. on the 10th ; passed Cape Colville at inidni 2 ht, and arrived at the Thames veslerdav morning at 9 o'clock ; left again at 8 p.m., and arrived in harbor as above. Penrlergast, Phillips, Jones, Curtis, William Smith, Mathieson, Harris, McDermott, Jason, Mrs. \V atcrs, und two children. The Sunbeam, a fine new schooner of about 15 tons register, clinker built, arrived in harbour on Saturday morning from Wane,iron. She brings a cargo of shingles and palings. The Sunbeam was built by Messrs. Lane and Brown, and-will be a useful addition to oiu coasting fleet.
