Attention is called to the Electric Telegraph Act, ISOS, Article 14 :—" Any person who shall wilfully injure or destroy any of the wires, cords, insulators, posts, &c, &c, shall, on conviction, for every such Pounds, nor exceeding One Hundred Pounds, or be Article 10 provides for repairing the damage done.
