The ke.tch Zillah, from Auckland, and the schooners Sea Breeze and Advance, from Russell, arrived lit the Thames on Wednesday. The Union 5.3. Company's i-.s. Waitaki should arrive from Kussell at an early hour this morning. She is announced to leave for Whangarei at 8 o'clock to-night. The barque logeburg arrived from New York, via Wellington yesterday afternoon, with a large quantity of American good?. H. 51.3. Emerald ltft Melbourne for this port yesterday. The barque Lutterwortii saiU for Lyttelton to-day, taking as passengers Mr. and Mrs. Badger, two children, and two servants. The oris Pakeh.-i sails for Kaipara to-day. The bugantine Orwell sailed for Kotumah l&it night. The ketch Venus arrived at Mercury Bay from Napier on Wednesday, being a fortnight in the passage. The brigantine Peecless has commenced loading gum for New York, which ia expected to occupy about ten days. Her present master {Captain Murdoch McKenzie) will retain command, Captain Owens, recently of the Fuirlie, proceeding as chief officer. The brigantine Linda Weber arrived at Napier, from Dunedin, on Monday last. She proceeds to Wbangaroa, there to load back for Napier. The New Zealand Shipping Company's barque Loch Urr left- London for this port on September 27th, and the β-ime company's barque A. C. de Frietas on October 24th.
The New Zealand Shipping Company's ship Sydenham, a vessel of 1100 tons, is on the berth at London for this port. Messrs. Miaw, Savill, and Co.'s barque Glenlora sails for Xapier early next week, having a considerable quantity of cargo on board for that port. The agents request that all accounts against tha vessel may be rendered in duplicate before noon to-morrow. The bhip Wunganui was berthed at the •western arm o! the outer toe, Queen-street Wharf, yesterday. Her destination has not been definitely settled, but it will probably either be Lyttelton or Napier.
