UNDER authority of an Act, Session 111., No. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wellington, entitled 44 Harbor Reserves,” Notice is hereby given, that the following allotments of Land, situated in the Town of Wellington, will be offered for sale at Public Auction, at the Office of the Provincial Treasurer, at Wellington, on Wednesday, the Bth September, 1858, at One o’clock, p.m., at the Upset Prices affixed in the subjoined Schedule.
