LAND, and a SHEEP RUN, with 5,000 SHEEP (more or less) depasturing thereon, situated at Lake Alice, Rangitikei. VALUABLE INVESTMENT. MESSRS. SMITH & CO. have received instructions from William Fitzhebbert, Esquire, to sell ALL that Valuable Freehold Estate situate at Wainui-o-Mf ta, a distance of four miles from the Valley of the Hutt, and fourteen miles from the Town of Wellington. This property consists of 1635 ACRES, comprising a rich flat of several hundred acres, sheltered by an amphitheatre of hills, partly cleared and partly wooded. A main drain has been carried a distance of two .miles through the centre of the flat, with an outlet into a branch of the Wainui-o-Mata fiver. It has been estimated by competent judges as capable of being made to carry 1000 Head op Cattle, Few more eligible properties have been offered in this Province, and should the Auctioneers not meet with a purchaser for the whole, the Estate will be subdivided into Farms and disposed of at public auction, of which <lue notice will be given.
