THE ALLEGED BRIBERY CASE IN AUCKLAND.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Adcxland, June 23. The Resident Magistrate, this morning, com. mitted Stevens for trial, stating that the legal question raised by counsel for the defence could not bo decided in that Court. The defence was reserved.
