A locoraotKo fell through the ice on Lake Baikal (on the trans-Siberian lino, where an ico railway has just boon completed). CONGESTION OF TRAFFIC. LONDON, February 29. The aspect of fugitives crowding the trains along the trans-Siberian railway for Europe is pitiable. Long stoppages occur owing to the congested state of the traffic. >
