The Weather.

Captain Edwin telegraphs to-day as follows: Wind Gale between north-east ana north and west, with rain, at all places northward of Napier, Taupo, and Raglan, and from between north and east and southeast, from thence southward. Barometer — Fall at all places north of Napier, Tanpo, and Baglan; rise, but falling again, after 12 hours elsewhere. Sea —tieavy on all western coast north of Westport, and on all eastern coast south of Napier. Tides — High on west coast north of Westport, and on east coast south of Napier and northward of Eaßt Cape.
