(By Eleotbio Telegbaph—Copybigh?.) fPEE tnrraau pbess association.) Received November 14, at 0.15 p.m. London, October 13. The departure of M. Cambon, French Ambassador at Constantinople, to take up his new duties as Ambassador in London, is being hurried by the French Government. Renter's agency states that the Turkish Embassy at Paris has urged the speedy appointment of a successor. M. Delcasse has replied that as according to a recent leport made by M. Cambon the Porte was favoring German and disregarding French interests, the .Embassy's representations would not have the effect of hurrying him in making an appointment.
