(by telegraph*) Dunedin, November 16. Ad the annual meeting of the Mosglel Wjllen Company, the directors report recommending a dividend of 7 per cent iras adopted. The chairman (Mr John Roberts) said the accounts were almost the same as last year, except that a L3OOO mortgage had been paid off. The mill ab Ashburton had not been kept working to the extent expected, although Moagiol had being going fairly well. He deplored not been able to give the employees the full work they might reasonably expect. Manv of their hands had been with them JS the start. The Hon, W. D. Stewart and Dr Hlslop wen re-eleoted directors.
