The Court of Cassation has decided to send a Commission to Cayenne to interrogate' Dreyfus, and has requested the Government to cable to Dreyfus informing him of the progress of the steps taken for a revision of the case, and ask him to present his defence. Madame Dreyfus is overwhelmed with joy at the latest developments. The Court of Caseation will communicate to her counsel the depositions of the various Ministers taken in the case, as well as the secret dossier, if not destroyed. M. Dupuy refused to interfere in the Court of Cassation's decision, and will cable to the Governor.
