Malls uloße at the chief Post Office, Oamaru (snbjeot he any necessary alterations) as nnder:— For Northern ports, overland dally, at 2.30 p.m. Late letters, mail van, north express, at 3 p m. Tuesday, 22nd November. For Wellington, per Rotomahana, at 2.30 p.m. For Greymouth, per Rosamond, at 4 p.m. Wednesday, 23rd November. SAN FRANCISCO SERVICE.

For United States of America, Canada, West Indies, Central America, West Coast of South America, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, Samoa, Hawaiian Islands, per Alameda, at 2 p.m. Money orders and registered letters at 1 p.m. Books and newspapers at 1.30 p.m. Late letters can be posted at the travelling post office attached to the northern express till departure of train (3 p.m.), provided such letters are stamped with an additional single rate of postage, viz., 2Jd, as a late fee.

This mail will be due in London on De> cember 28th

For Wellington, New Plymouth and Auckland, per Elingamite, at 2.30 p.m. For Wellington and New South Wales, per Waikare, at 2.30 p.m. Thursday, 24th November.

For the Australian colonies, Tasmania, Ceylon, India, Straits Settlements, China and South Africa, also specially addressed correspondence for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, per Talune, via Bluff and Hobart, at 6 a.m. This mail will be due in Melbourne on December Ist, and in London on January 8 th, 1899. Correspondence for South Africa connects with Lunds' liner Bungaree leaving Melbourne on 2nd December.

For Wellington, per Rotomahana, at 2.30 p.m.

The next English and Continental mail, via San Francisco, per Alameda, will close at Oamaru on Wednesday, 23rd inst. This mail is due in London on December 28th.

Mails for Rarotonga and Tahiti, per Ovalau, leave Auckland on the 22nd inst. Mails for the Fiji Islands, per Upolu, leave Auckland about the 30th inst.
