National Reserve, throughout the Dominion offer to raise .- "at least 2000 soldiers under the badge 'of the Hcservc, each of the Military -Districts cf Auckland, Wellington, Cliristchurch, and Otago contributing its quota of 500 'from- its enrolled •strength, or by special enlistment of -others of the regulation age, 20 to 40, as National Reservists. The President is.hereby empowered and authorised to carry into effect this resolution.''
