ELECTION PETITION.

MrJustice (Hooper explained that it might be that the missing counterfoils wouli}' be "■ found .in another, package. The Court wanted: to know whether, or not : .tlie'i'e counterfoils were in existence. It might be thiat- someone had destroyed them. Certainly a lot were missing.

The returning officer said he could return by train on Monday afternoon, and was -instructed to■■■bring all packages and report to the Registrar of the Coiirt.- ,-..'-•. ~ ~ . .
