FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for westerly winds, moderate to strong, and veering by west and south. Weather probably cool, and changeable. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer has a- rising tendency. Seas moderate swell. Tides good.
